Shiner was from a repeat breeding of
Pekisko's Silent Witness MH QA2 to
FC AFC Lanes Lets Get Ready To Rumble,
a full brother to Rocky.

He was a good marker, loved his birds.
His sweet personality and willingness
made him fun to train.

In limited trials, Shiner earned 17 Derby points
with two wins.

Shiner earned a third place in only
his second Amateur stake entered at the age of 2
to finish his Qualifying career and
become Qualified All-Age in the U.S.

In 2017, Shiner was a finalist at the Canadian National Retriever Championship at the age of 4.
He was again a finalist at the
2019 Canadian National Amateur Retriever Championship.

Shiner was gone too soon and will be forever remembered
as our gentle big "bear".
